With all of the elevated concerns from the COVID 19 pandemic, Oxendale Kia has retooled our Service Process for anyone concerned with visiting personally with our staff in service. A key component of our service process is the decontamination of your vehicle during any visit with a certified treatment that is used in hospitals across the state and country.

  1. Schedule your appointment ONLINE @ https://www.oxendalekia.com/serviceappmt.html
  2. When you drop your vehicle in service place the key and your information in the envelope and night drop box at our Service Entrance.
  3. Our staff will retrieve the key, perform a walk around video reception of your vehicle, and email it to you.
  4. While performing your service or repair, our staff will provide a copy of your inspection checklist and photos where needed and text you the report.
  5. Any recommendations will have an estimate provided in the report. You can approve, decline repairs with a text signature or contact your Advisor for further discussion about the repairs.
  6. On completion, we will send you a copy of the invoice and you can pay online.
  7. Your vehicle will be decontaminated with "Bio Esque Botanical" a solution used in hospitals across the country.
  8. Your keys will be decontaminated and placed in a plastic "baggie" that is sealed.
  9. The keys for your vehicle will be placed in a secure lockbox and you will be texted or emailed the code for key retrieval at your convenience.
